Firstly, please accept my apologies for the delay in sorting out the finances for next years’ Ski Trip to Austria. I had it all reorganised when we were suddenly presented with the possibility of some Ramsey students taking up a significant number of places; this would have allowed us to run the trip as originally proposed. Unfortunately they didn’t take up the opportunity so we are going to run the smaller trip I emailed about a couple of weeks ago.
Having talked to Michelle at SET (who has been incredibly patient in all this!) and checked the financial implications with our business manager, we will be able to run the trip for 20 students with 6 days skiing and an evening’s external entertainment (either swimming or the Lucky Flitzer). Also, in order to keep the costs down we will be making the hoodie an optional extra.
The total cost for this will be £1015 per student which represents an additional cost of £35 over the originally quoted cost of £980. Again, please accept my apologies for this but with only 20 places sold instead of the expected 36 there really is no alternative but to adjust the costings.

- That you still wish to reserve a place on the Ski trip.
- That you agree to pay the additional cost of £35 making £1015 in total per student.
I can then confirm the booking with SET and our finance office will work out a new schedule of payments for everyone.
